We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our online store are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
Ordering
Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it does not confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order due to unavailable stock or service, payment problems caused by your credit or other reasons. In the event that we are unable to provide the product or service as stated in your purchase order, we will notify you by phone or email.
If your order is accepted by us, we will confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery or availability for collection at our redemption centre.
Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
Payment Method
We accept online VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay Credit Card, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK bank transfer payment. No order cancellation is allowed once the payment is settled.
Delivery service (applicable if you have selected to have your order(s) delivered to a designated billing address)
We provide standard delivery service.
Delivery service is only available at addresses located in:
(Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of Hong Kong SAR. (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outer islands)

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you an extra delivery fee HK$50 per floor (except the ground floor). Customers must pay the extra delivery fee upon order confirmation.
Delivery is available on Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays.
Delivery Lead Time: within 3 working days after the order has been accepted. For stock out item, delivery lead time will be within 28 working days.
Please note that our deliveryman will not wait longer than 15 minutes for each shipment.
Remarks
- The exact delivery time will be according to logistics schedule.
- In case customer is not available for the scheduled time arranged by logistics, the delivery may be delayed for further arrangement.
- Door-to-Door delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by delivery vehicles.
- In the event the lift is out of order, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
- Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this case, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if customers are not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
- Customers have to notify us of any changes of the delivery address.
- We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
Store pickup service (applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s) at redemption centre)
Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected redemption centre within 3 days from the designated date of collection.
When you collect the order from the redemption centre, please present:
1) The print copy of this confirmation email;
2) Your HKID card or passport for verification purpose.
Alternatively, you can authorize a person to pick up the order for you and the authorised person is required to present:
1) The print copy of this confirmation email with the “Authorization Form” completed and signed by you;
2) His / her HKID card or passport for verification purpose.

Product Warranty Service
ASUS is responsible for the warranty services. The warranty period is valid from the date specified in the sales receipt.
Customers are required to bring the sales receipt to receive any warranty service. Please note that the sales receipt will not be re-issued.

Product Exchange Guarantee Policy
Customers are eligible to apply for the exchange of product if hardware malfunction (Cosmetic defect, less than five points of bright spots/light spots/dead spots are not in the replacement range) found within 10 days (calendar days) (7 days for motherboard and display card) from the collection date. Product exchange will only be accepted under the condition of full packaging.
The product to be returned is required to be inspected by authorized dealer / service centre to confirm that product has hardware malfunction. In such case, we shall have the right to require the product to be inspected at the authorized dealer’s service centre. In case the product is stockout or non-orderable anymore, the machine might be repaired instead of product replacement
Policy Terms:
Customers are required call ASUS HK CS and Technical Support hotline at 3582 4770 (TS Quick Keys Press 1 - 1 – 1) (service hours: Mon - Sat 10:00am - 7:00pm) to register the case within 10 days (calendar days) (7 days for motherboard and display card) from the collection date, please leave voice message in non-service hour. Product exchange will not be accepted for late registration.
No paid amount will be refunded.
Replacement will only be accepted under the conditions of full packaging (including all packing materials, accessories and manuals) and with original receipts. Any scratch / physical damage or missing parts will not be accepted.
After inspection, the replacement claim will be refused if the hardware malfunction was caused by improper installation, accidental drops, spills, fire, or power surges.
In case of hardware malfunction confirmed, the defective product will be collected and customer will receive a new product with same specifications and color.
In case the product is stockout or non-orderable anymore, the machine might be repaired instead of product replacement.
In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
This Policy is not applicable:
to product which has been registered on-line for warranty service provided by the distribution agent or the manufacturer.
product that has undergone any repair.
where there is lack of evidence of purchase from us.
for refund request based on personal preference only.
