Diamond Restaurant was founded in 1947, by world-renowned Mr. Kam Shui Fai, nicknamed ‘Roast Goose Fai’ by his excellent culinary skills. ‘Diamond’ is a place where many Hong Kong families spent time for dim sum, breakfasts or lunches and homey dinners.
