This whisky is inspired by JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.
Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Purchase of intoxicating liquor (contain 1.2% ethyl alcohol by volume) is limited to customers over the age of 18.
In case of doubt on the age of the recipient, courier will require the recipient to present HKID or age identification document.
