- Nose - Gourmet , fruity open on aromas dominated by fresh cherry, vine peach and floral aromas such as rose.
- Palate - The palate surprises with its remarkable roundness, it bounces smoothly on subtle and silky tannins, supported by a superb freshness. A loose style, all in lightness and perfume to drink on its fruit (the fresh and crunchy cherry of Syrah, the strawberry of Grenache, the vine peach of white grape varieties)

醸酒過程:
A unique vinification producing fruity and airy: Grenache noir and Carignan are cold macerated for a short day then gently pressed to ferment the juices and not the grapes. As for a rosé wine.
Syrah, Clairette and Grenache, in traditional vinification, have a short maceration period of 7 days. The latter associated with the presence of white grape varieties limits the tannic contribution of Syrah.
This wine is aged for 3 months in coated concrete vats.
