Tasting Notes 酒評 :
An elegant cava pale straw in color with golden reflections and bright presence. Integrated and persistent bubbles. Intense and complex aroma in the nose predominated by xarel.lo. Hints of pastry notes and green apple. Light and fresh on the palate. Balance and good structure.
優雅而明亮的卡瓦,淡淡的稻草色配閃閃的金色反射。泡沫豐富又細膩完整,散發濃郁而復雜的香氣,卻以沙雷洛葡萄為主導。帶陣陣糕點香甜及青蘋果芳香,口感清新輕盈。酒體平衡,結構良好。
