產品使用方法︰

建議每天使用一次，如雙足未接觸足底按摩器，30秒後會自動關機
即使開機狀態單腳接觸腳墊，會導致無法正常使用。穿襪子或者鞋子無法使用此產品，必須雙腳足底充分接觸足底左右兩邊才能正常使用
控制器和腳墊扣好後，可通過遙控器開啟控制器，或按下控制器"開關"鍵，接通電源，預設最低的強度1， 25分鐘後自動關機
根據個人需要，按"+" 鍵和"-"鍵調節強度，共計15個強度調節功能，每按一次，指示燈會閃亮一次
充滿電大約需要60分鐘，充滿電的情況下，正常使用大約可以使用10-15次，每次默認設定時間為25分鐘
在不使用狀態下，建議摘下控制器，分開保存控制器和腳墊
