Only produced from Grand Cru vineyards,This cuvée is a very faithful expression of the strong personality of the Grand Crus on the North side of the Montagne de Reims. Our vinification without malolactic fermentation allows us to preserve all the fruity of our terroirs, dressed with elegance and freshness.
To presentation on the character of PEHU-SIMONET. Power, freshness and fruity sign this vintage. The olfaction will delight us with sensations of ripe fruit flavors such as a japanese juzu. When the attack on the palate, the acidity is completely masked by the body of the wine. The middle of the mouth is creamy mousse and attractive freshness, excellent smooth of the tasting with aromatic explosion. To drink without restriction on any occasion.
