Tasted single blind against its peers.
This is another Sauternes that is evolving beautifully in bottle.
Initially it is rather closed on the nose with touches of lemon curd, apple-blossom and fresh pears.
The palate is well-balanced with good acidity, and it is imbued with a femininity and poise.
Though it is tighter compared to its peers at the moment, it is sure to give immense pleasure down the line.
Could this be as great as the 1986?or even greater? Drink 2014-2045.
